What you pay for
The only paid item is the optional full IQ report and certificate of result, delivered as two PDFs and sold as a one-off payment. There is no subscription, no trial and no recurring charge.
Refunds
If your report or certificate fails to open, or shows something wrong, you can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with the result ID shown on your report or receipt and say what went wrong.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made through Stripe, our payment provider, to the original payment method.
